Hardware parts require a lot of finishing, electroplating and oil spraying. What procedures must be followed for hardware processing?

1. Processed products. The operator should maintain the correct posture and have enough energy to cope with the work. If you feel unwell, you must leave your job immediately for personal safety and report to the workshop supervisor or superior. Concentrate your thoughts when operating, strictly forbid small talk, and cooperate with each other. The operator should not operate in a state of irritability and fatigue. For personal safety, avoid accidents and ensure safe operation. Before entering the workplace, all employees must check whether their dress code meets the work requirements. Don't wear slippers, high heels, clothes that affect your safety, and wear a hard hat if you have long hair.

2. Before the machine works, check whether there is lubricating oil in the moving parts, and then whether the clutch and brake are normal, and whether the machine is idling for 1-3 minutes. If the machine malfunctions, do not operate it.

3. When changing the mold, turn off the power first. The installation and debugging of the mold can be started after the moving part of the press stops. After installation and adjustment, move the flywheel by hand and press twice. In order to avoid unnecessary collisions between the machine and the processed product, it is necessary to check whether the symmetry of the upper and lower molds is reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the side ring is in a reasonable position.

4. Before starting the machine, other personnel must leave the working area of the machine and take away the debris on the workbench.

5. For mechanical operations, please do not reach into the working area of the slider, and do not remove or place the workpiece by hand. Standard tools must be used to remove or place the workpiece in the stamping die. If you find abnormal noise or malfunction of the machine, you should immediately turn off the power switch for inspection. After the machine is started, one person carries the material and operates the machine. No one else should press the power source or step on the switch panel. For the safety of others, do not put your hands in the working area of the machine or touch the moving parts of the machine with your hands.
